About Our Student Menstrual Health Support Group
Our student menstrual health support group is a safe and welcoming space dedicated to supporting students in navigating the challenges and experiences of menstrual health. Whether you deal with irregular cycles, painful cramps, heavy flow, want to help someone you know or simply want to better understand your body, this group is here for you.
We aim to foster open conversations about menstruation, helping to break the stigma that often surrounds it. By sharing experiences, providing resources, and offering practical advice, we empower each other to manage our menstrual health confidently and without shame.
Through our meetings, you’ll find:
Open Discussions: A judgment-free zone to talk about anything related to menstrual health.
Education: Learn about menstrual cycles, symptom management, and holistic approaches to well-being.
Support: Share tips, ask questions, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through.
Our group welcomes students of all genders and backgrounds who menstruate or want to learn more to support someone who does.
Join us to connect, grow, and advocate for menstrual health awareness on campus and beyond. Together, we can create a more understanding and inclusive environment.
Let’s make menstrual health a topic of empowerment, not taboo! 💪🌸
